We invite you to join us in this fascinating journey of ‘changing our minds and changing our lives.’  Class is based on the book Breaking The Habit Of Being Yourself by Joe Dispenza.  You will learn new information and techniques and have a chance to practice those techniques!  Class begins March 29th 7-8:30 and will run for 4 consecutive Thursday evenings.  Donations will be accepted.
